A Case For The Boostcase

By  |  0 Comments

The Boostcase is an elegant and effective alternative for the clunky but essential powerbanks that you can’t live without.

There’s not a single one of us here who has not benefited from an external battery pack for our smartphones. Likewise, there isn’t anyone who really enjoys having to hold on to an awkwardly-shaped battery pack complete with tangled cables in tow.

The Boostcase addresses that issue for iPhone 6 and 6 plus users with aplomb. Their new offering is a ‘powercase’ – a protective case with a battery within – and that means you can comfortably hold and use your iPhone while it’s charging.

Boostcase statesWhat’s clever about it is that you can easily remove the charging element easily if you wish, leaving behind a slim snap case that will help protect your phone from scratches and minor bumps.

The Boostcase also features a physical on-off switch, so you only charge your phone when you want to. And although the battery capacity of the Boostcase is comparatively small at 2,700mAh, you can always carry spares – the battery within the case is user replaceable. The only downside is that you will have to buy them online at the moment, as the local distributors aren’t stocking them yet.

Priced at S$129 for both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus variants, the Boostcase is available now at EpiCentre and EpiLife stores.
