A Latin American Affair At Oscar’s

By  |  0 Comments

From 5 November to 4 December, Conrad Centennial Singapore will present a seasonal Latin American buffet spread at Oscar’s.

This coming month, Oscar’s will offer a Savouring Latin America promotion where diners can indulge in an array of seasonal Latino cuisine.

Look out for a tantalising spread of maize-based dishes ranging from tortillas to tacos, as well as a variety of authentic salsas and caliente (hot) condiments such as guacamole, pico de gallo, chimichurri, chili, aji, and pebre. Also featured in the promotion is a popular traditional cooking method used by the locals – Sofrito, a sauce base made of aromatic ingredients such as paprika, onion, garlic, cumin, olive oil and oregano powder.

The “Savouring Latin America” buffet will celebrate the rich culture and diversity of the continent with its range of fresh seafood from the Pacific Ocean, maize-based dishes from Mexico, lamb and venison from Chile and Argentina, and its most treasured street food.
