Reminisce the past through authentic Nyonya delicacies with an extensive spread at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove this August. 

In collaboration with Peranakan restaurant, Candlenut, the kitchen table will present a Peranakan-themed Food from the Heart experience from Monday to Thursday, 17 August to 27 August 2015.

Elevating Peranakan cuisine to new heights is Head Chef and owner of Candlenut, Chef Malcolm. At Candlenut, Chef Malcolm prides himself in serving old school delicacies with a modern twist – while remaining true to their original flavours.

Guests can expect a gastronomic spread of rich and authentic Peranakan dishes including Kueh Pie Tee, Buah Keluak Prawns, Sambal Petai Sotong, Beef Rendang, and Chendol Cream, among others. Be ready to whet your appetites at the six live cooking stations that will display dishes whipped right before your eyes.

Experience a blast from the past with these Nyonya-themed dishes as they bring you back to that nostalgic feeling of dining at grandmother’s kitchen.

Priced at SGD 65++ per person, the Peranakan-themed Food from the Heart experience will be available at the kitchen table from 6pm to 10.30pm. The kitchen table is located at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, 21 Ocean Way, Singapore 098374.
