To commemorate the special occasion, Edge will present a creatively designed spread that celebrates the themes of popular classic love stories. Indulge in “Little Nonya” themed cuisine such as Babi Poteh and Classic Laksa; or relive folktales with  “Butterfly Lovers” themed delights such as Szechuan Mala Marinated Beef and Bi Feng Tang Wok-fried Crab. Other buffet highlights include Alaskan King Crab, Fresh Oysters, Salmon Bella Vista, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Balsamic Pearls, and a gourmet spread of Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie.

Be sure to conclude the evening on a sweet note with an array of treats including Heart-shaped Cherry Morello Cake, Raspberry Meringue Tartlet, Strawberry Green Basil Lollipop, Chocolate Framboise and Lychee Macaron.

Adorned with nostalgia and the bliss of reliving good memories with your partner, your Valentine’s dinner at Edge will never see a dull moment.

The spread is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and starts from SGD 128 per adult.

This Valentine’s Day, Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii personally crafts your dining experience with his exquisite seven-course set menu featuring authentic Japanese delicacies.

Made with only the freshest ingredients, look out for menu highlights including Grilled Chicken with Orange, Japanese Green Pepper and Lily Bulb, and Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki. Make the night a memorable one when you toast to your years of marriage over a glass of complimentary Jelly Sake or Sparkling Sake.

Available from 13 to 14 February, Lunch starts from 11.30am to 2.30pm while Dinner starts from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The seven-course set menu is going at SGD 198 per person.
