A Taste Of Saigon Street At W Singapore “Pho-Real”

This September, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove presents “Pho-Real” – a Vietnamese Food from the Heart series.

 Indulge in authentic Vietnamese cuisine at the kitchen table as it presents “Pho Real”, from Mondays to Thursdays, 21 September to 1 October.

Start off your hearty feast with the iconic refreshing Vietnamese appetiser – translucent Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimp & Steamed Pork, or savour a steaming bowl of Famous Pho with Beef and Chicken.

Look out for seven other main courses such as the Galangal Braised Fish Filet in Light Caramelised Fish Sauce, Wok Fried Shrimp in Tamarind Sauce, Lime Leaves Crusted Chicken Thigh, among others. End off your feast on a sweet note with desserts such as the Vietnamese Sweet Soup, or the sweet-savoury Traditional Green Bean Cake that will have you asking for more.

“Pho-Real” is priced at SGD 65++ per person and starts from 6pm to 10.30pm at the kitchen table, W Singapore Sentosa Cove. Entry to Sentosa is complimentary for cars and taxis from 5pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays, till 31 December 2015.
