All New 2016 Toyota Fortuner
Borneo Motors has just launched the new 2016 Fortuner, Toyota’s first full-model change since its introduction in 2005.
Designed and positioned to meet the rising demands of the SUV market, the all-new Fortuner attempts to underline the right juggle between sports robustness and sophistication.
According to Toyota, competitive refinement has been enhanced on almost all fronts, some of which include a newly developed frame structure with increased rigidity for vehicular toughness and safety, and improvements to the cabin’s noise insulation for a more comfortable and quiet drive.
Powering the 2016 Fortuner is a 2.7-litre DOHC engine that cranks out 163 bhp and 245 Nm of torque. The SUV also features a 6-Speed Super Electronic Controlled Transmission (ECT) that uses Toyota’s artificial intelligence software to optimise gear change during high speed driving in real time.
