Singapore’s notable Argentine restaurant, boCHINche, brings to you a one-night-only seven-course special: Six Hands dinner, Our Own Journey Back Home this 26 June.

As it moves to its new space at Amoy Street, boCHINche’s one-night special: Six Hands dinner, Our Own Journey Back Home will see the coming together of three leading chefs sharing the same philosophy and approach to food.

Hosted by their very own Chef Patron Diego Jacquet, the Six Hands Dinner will also feature Executive Chef Daniel Chavez of OLA Cocina Del Mar, and Executive Head Chef Ivan Brehm of The Kitchen at Bacchanalia

This carefully curated menu is a tribute to each chef’s Latin American heritage – Peru, Brazil and Argentina, with dishes that are truly reflective of South American cooking. The selection of dishes includes Chef Daniel’s Peruvian seafood ceviche with smoked aji Amarillo and “leche de tigre” for starters, Chef Diego’s Sweet potato leaves and ricotta tortellini with pea, broad beans and whey butter for mains; as well as Chef Ivan’s “Quindim”, a traditional Brazilian egg custard dessert that is served with coconut sorbet, among others.

The Six Hands Dinner will take place at the new boCHINche at 115 Amoy Street, on 26 June 2016 at 7:30pm. Guests are required to RSVP via email to 6handsdinner@bochinche.com.sg. For more information, visit their website.
