Brotzeit Celebrates 10th Anniversary Bash This October
Join in for a brewing-good time as Brotzeit celebrates its 10th year in Singapore with all-day live entertainment and food.
Taking place this 30 October, from 2pm at their flagship VivoCity outlet, be sure not to miss Brotzeit’s 10th Anniversary Birthday Bash! Expect all-day entertainment and high-octane live performances by Frankfurt popstar Cris Cosmo, as well as a range of delectable German delights and beers.
Scrumptious highlights include Brotzeit’s 10-Sausage Platter (for four to five pax) specially put together for their 10th Anniversary celebration. Boasting a hefty 1.5kgs of meat, including sides such as German red cabbage, sautéed greens and herb-infused roasted baby potatoes, the sausage platter showcases some of Germany’s best traditional farmhouse-style ‘wursts’. Guests can also select from a variety of sausages including the Hirschbratwurst (seasonal Venison Herb Sausage), traditional pork sausages such as the Bierbeisser (beer infused), Leberwurst (pork liver and rosemary) and Bauernwurst (smoked pork meat with herbs); as well as the spicy Lammwurst filled with premium minced lamb and the Balbsbratwurst featuring fine veal meat.
Brotzeit’s Corporate Executive Chef Claus Schwarzmann has also created a one-of-a-kind 10-metre-long Paprika and Cheese Sausage to make this birthday and extra special bratwurst bash.
This mighty bratwurst will be available complimentary for all diners present at the party (while stocks last), and would pair best with Brotzeit’s newly-launched housebrand bottled beer – a smooth, German Kellerbier (unfiltered lager) with full-bodied flavour, light hoppiness and a slightly bitter finish.
The Brotzeit German Kellerbier will be available from Wednesday, 26 October at all outlets.
Brotzeit’s 10th Anniversary menu will also be available at all Brotzeit outlets from Wednesday, 26 October to Friday, 4 November.
