Conrad Centennial Singapore is celebrating Christmas this year with lavish treats and sumptuous buffets

From November 28, Conrad Centennial Singapore will be celebrating the festive mood with sweet treats, delicious buffets and seasonal activities.

Log cakes and sweet cravings
New Executive Pastry Chef Florent Castagnos makes his debut with four new flavours of log cakes this season. Look forward to new log cake flavours including the Buche de Noël Orange Chocolate Duo, an orange-infused chocolate sponge with Venezuelan chocolate butter cream and orange mousseline centre, the Buche de Noël Coffee Hazelnut Macchiato, a Hazelnut sponge with coffee-infused butter cream and roasted caramelized hazelnuts, Royale Hazelnut Crunch, a rich chocolate truffle mousse with hazelnut nougatine centre and the Praline Cointreau Chocolate Swirl, a light Cointreau cinnamon mousse with Madagascan chocolate ganache and hazelnut glaze.

Prices start from S$62+, and are available at The Terrace and www.connoisseur.sg from November 28 to December 25, 2016.

An Oriental Christmas at Golden Peony

Golden Peony will be sharing a Dim Sum Experience lunch including ‘live’ Cantonese roast station, that will offer free-flow of roast meats such as Christmas-inspired creation of crispy turkey with minced garlic, roast London duck or barbecued suckling pig stuffed with Hainanese chicken rice. Celebrity Executive Chinese Chef Ku Keung will also present a choice of two 6-course set Dinner menus, highlighting his culinary skills through his signature dishes of crab claw and ‘mian xian’ noodles in Chinese wine broth or lobster meat wrapped with sliced fish and fish roe, served with baby spinach. Guests can also enjoy free-flow of roast meats from the ‘live’ Cantonese roast station with any festive set dinner menu ordered.

Dim Sum Experience Lunch takes place from 11.30am to 2.30pm at S$65++ per person with free-flow of Cantonese roast meats. The Festive Set Menu Dinner sitting will be from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and prices start from S$100++ per person, with free-flow of Cantonese roast meats. Both lunch and dinner menus are available only on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2016 as well as 1 and 2 January 2017.

Seasonal entertainment

An all-new magnificent 13-feet Conrad Bear Christmas tree takes centre stage in the Lobby from November 28, 2016. Featuring over 500 pieces of Conrad Singapore’s new red oriental bears.

Soak in the spirit of the season with melodious Christmas carols by the National University of Singapore Choir in the grandeur of the Lobby. The choir will be performing on the following dates:
– 21 December 2016, 7.30pm to 8pm
– 23, 24 December 2016, 7.30pm to 8.15pm
– 25 December 2016, 12.30pm to 1.15pm
