Coffee Mixology By Nespresso
Here’s five coffee recipes inspired by Nespresso’s Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru.
Start off your mornings with a dose of caffeine prepared in style!
Iced Coffee With Orange Juice
- 1 Linizio Lungo Grand Cru or Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru
- 30 ml orange juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
1. Mix orange juice and sugar syrup in a cup and add ice.
2. Prepare coffee (110 ml) over ice.
Mocha Latte With Coconut
- 1 Fortissio Grand Cru or Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru
- 10g chocolate powder
- 30ml coconut syrup
- 90ml fresh milk
1. Mix half the amount of milk with the chocolate powder in a cup.
2. Add coconut syrup to the remaining half cup of milk.
3. Prepare the flavoured milk froth using the steam nozzle of a Nespresso machine or a milk frother.
4. Layer milk froth over the chocolate milk mix.
5. Prepare coffee (110ml) over milk froth.
Pampellop
- 1 Bukeela ka Ethiopia Grand Cru or Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru
- 30ml grapefruit syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
- 30ml Sprite
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
1. Mix lemon juice and Sprite in a cup and add ice.
2. Pour grapefruit syrup over mixture
3. Prepare coffee (110ml) over ice.
Vanilla Coffee Latte
- 1 Vivalto Lungo Grand Cru or Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru
- 1 vanilla pod
- 30ml of sugar syrup
- 90ml fresh milk
1. Split vanilla pod open and scrape beans into milk.
2. Add the sugar syrup into milk.
3. Prepare the flavoured milk froth using the steam nozzle of a Nespresso machine or a milk frother.
4. Prepare coffee (110ml) over the milk froth.
Fortissio Cereal Latte
- 1 Fortissio Grand Cru or Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru
- 30ml hazelnut syrup
- 90ml fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons of crushed cereal and/or granola
1. Place crushed cereal and/or granola in cup.
2. Add hazelnut syrup to milk.
3. Prepare the flavoured milk froth using the steam nozzle of a Nespresso machine or a milk frother.
4. Layer the milk froth over the cereal and/or granola.
5. Prepare coffee (110ml) over the milk froth.
