Conrad Centennial Singapore ushers Spring and Chinese New Year in with joyous celebrations and gourmet goodies

Executive Chef Ku Keung is welcoming the arrival of the ‘Red, Fiery’ Monkey year with a Cantonese menu specially created for the ‘Lo Hei’ celebration.

Signature dishes include the Roast Suckling Pig stuffed with Hainanese Chicken Rice, Crispy Filo Swan filled with Foie Gras, Truffle and minced Chicken as well as the Shrimp and Fish Roe in Spinach Puree and the Braised Monkey Head Mushroom.

Conrad Prosperity Dishes

Prosperity set lunch and dinner menus and reservations at Golden Peony are available from SGD 100++ per person or SGD 998++ per table of 10 persons.

Families looking to keep the celebration at home can choose to do a take-away from the hotel. Advance orders with full pre-payment, at least 3 days prior to collection, is required.

This year, every order of a roast suckling pig (SGD 238+) or the Roast Suckling Pig stuffed with Hainanese Chicken Rice (SGD 338+) will receive a complimentary Fortune Salmon Yu Sheng (worth SGD 68+).

The Yu Sheng platters this year (for take away) come in different varieties including with crispy white bait (small: SGD 68 and large: SGD 128), hiramasa and salmon (small: SGD 88 and large: SGD 168), Fu Lu Shou Tri-star with abalone, lobster and hiramasa (small: SGD 108 and large SGD 208). A small portion is suggested for two to five persons; and a large for six to 10 people.
