Raffles Singapore’s exciting line-up of wine experiences this July are a must-go for all aspiring wine connoisseurs looking to expand their wine knowledge. The carefully curated series of events include many hands-on and interesting activities, with highlights such as The Wine Apprentice.

Priced at SGD 98++ per person, The Wine Apprentice course will teach participants the art of pairing wine with Chinese cuisine. The complexities of tastes in Chinese cuisine which range from fiery spiciness to savoury sweetness makes wine pairing tricky yet interesting. The three-course dinner will see two wines provided for each course, allowing participants to discover fresh perspectives and interesting insights on how to pair their wine with this distinctive cuisine.
