Foundation Healthcare to Host Inaugural Health Connective Symposium, Singapore’s Largest Specialist-Family Physician Event

Foundation Healthcare Holdings Pte. Ltd (FHH), a multi-specialty private healthcare group in Singapore, is set to host the inaugural Health Connective Symposium at The Singapore EDITION on 5-6 October 2024.

As the Platinum sponsor and organiser, FHH will unveil the Health Connective Framework, a new care coordination model designed to enhance health outcomes and the quality of care through improved collaboration between family physicians and specialists.

The Health Connective Framework aims to integrate technology into patient care, facilitating efficient and effective interactions among patients, specialists, and family physicians.

This approach is expected to revolutionise care coordination in private healthcare settings by enabling seamless and secure information transfer between industry stakeholders.

The two-day symposium, themed “Coordinating Care with Impact,” will bring together over 200 delegates from both public and private healthcare sectors. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate on an innovative platform designed to optimize patient-centric, team-based care.
