The highlight of this year’s selection has got to be the limited edition SG50 Singapore Sangria mooncake specially created to celebrate the nation’s Golden Jubilee. Infused with the signature Singapore Sangria cocktail concocted exclusively for Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, the snowskin mooncake boasts a stunning red and white exterior embossed with ‘SG50’. As one of the signature bestselling cocktails at the Hotel’s bar, the Singapore Sangria cocktail is a tropical spin on the classic Spanish Sangria.
Baked Skin Selections
If you’re a fan of traditional baked skin mooncakes, you’ll enjoy Four Seasons’ signature double yolk Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk and Melon Seeds and single-yolk Silver Lotus Paste with Single Yolk and Melon Seeds mooncakes. For the non-yolk version, you can opt for the Silver Lotus Paste with Honey and Pine Nuts. Made from premium silver lotus of the highest quality, these annual bestselling favourites are healthier and less oily, which will definitely appeal to all ages.
Be sure to try the new limited edition Charcoal Roasted Oolong Tea mooncake, which exudes the rich flavour and fragrance of oolong tea roasted over charcoal fire. Another new flavour to look out for would be the Milk Tea and Red Dates with Melon Seeds mooncake, which offers a sweet oriental taste and generous portions of red dates.
