Goodwood Park Hotel’s Durian Fiesta is back again, this time with twice as many durian-centric goodies!

Introduced in 1983, this annual affair showcases the best D24 and Mao Shan Wang durians for all fans to indulge in. With 2015 marking Singapore’s momentous Jubilee, this year’s Durian Fiesta makes for a timely tribute to the nation’s most well-loved fruit.

Some of the new D24 durian cakes include the Durian Rainbow Ice Cream Cake (S$11.75 per piece) which features an eye-catching multi-colour confection, and the Durian Carrot-Walnut Cake (S$11.75 per piece) which comes with a traditional baked frosting with pulpy durian cream. Other bite-sized treats include the Durian Macarons (S$22.45 for six pieces) and Mini Durian Chocolate Wafer Rolls (S$32.10 for 10 pieces).

If you seek a taste of nostalgia, the new Mao Shan Wang Horn (S$13.70 per piece) – a conical pastry filled with creamy durian pulp is an inspired version of the old-school cream horns – a popular offering back in the 60s. Catch these limited edition treats, together with the Mao Shan Power Puff (S$19.05 per piece) – a jumbo-sized profiterole, from 30 May to 2 August 2015.

On top of these latest additions, you can also purchase other iconic signature items at the hotel’s deli such as the Durian Puff (S$8.55 for 2 pieces), Durian Mousse Cake (S$11.75 per slice), Durian Strudel (S$11.75 per slice), Durian Crepe (S$9.65 per piece), and D24 (S$18 per 16oz tub) or Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream (S$24.40 per 16oz tub) from now till 2 August 2015. Do also look out for the Durian Cappuccino Cake (S$11.75 per slice) which is back by popular demand after a three-year long absence.

The Coffee Lounge will also be serving its much-lauded dessert buffet with durian pastries for lunch and dinner from 30 May to 2 August 2015.
