Osia Steak and Seafood Grill (Osia) at Resorts World Sentosa is presenting a specially curated 6-course menu (S$298++) available only on 31 March 2017, Friday. There are only 60 seats available at this event.

The 6-course menu will feature top quality beef in sophisticated dishes including:
• Air Dried Wagyu Beef Brisket & Brined Ox Tongue, Crystalline Iceplant, Candied Quandong and Balsamic Beurre Noisette;
• Beef Shank Essence, Pearl Barley, Vine Tomato and Lovage;
• Grass Fed Beef Cheek, Parmesan Potato Mousseline, Puffed Brown Rice and Bacon Cream Espuma;
• Tajima Wagyu Beef Strip Loin MS 6+ and Grainge Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin MS 2+.

The menu items will be paired with iconic wines rated RP90 and above, including Chateau Cantmerle 2011; Domaine De Chevalier 2010; and Chateau La Tour Figeac 2012.

This event is part of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore Local Chef Showcase, presented by Robert Parker Wine Advocate in partnership with MICHELIN Guide Singapore.
