Guardian is set to transform the e-commerce experience for Singapore’s consumers through its new website’s game-changing features.

Offering a wide choice of health and beauty products, live chats, virtual healthcare consultations with a team of Singapore based healthcare providers, curated content and door-to-door delivery services, Guardian’s new website is specifically designed to be a convenient one-stop destination

The debut of Guardian’s portal will be the first time a large-scale health and beauty retailer is offering virtual health consultations. Designed as a first stop for online health enquiries, the pioneering service is in exclusive partnership with MyDoc, an online health consultation platform. Time-pressed Singapore consumers are now able to schedule online appointments and have their health concerns attended to by experienced doctors and Guardian pharmacists over an online chat or video call. Personal health diaries with secure logins will allow users to track their health histories and facilitate follow-ups. The ‘Live’ customer service chats are available from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am to 6pm.

Other unique features include: Access to over 500 different well-known health and beauty brands and over 3,000 different products. This is further complemented by curated content in the form of health and wellness tips and advice regularly contributed by Guardian’s pool of experienced pharmacists. Customers are also able to enjoy door-to-door delivery service, select their preferred delivery date and choose from four different delivery time slots – a first for the health and beauty sector in Singapore. Alternatively, purchases can be picked up at almost all of Guardian’s 148 stores island-wide.

Guardian Health & Beauty’s e-commerce platform will go ‘live’ today (21 October) at www.guardian.com.sg.
