GuocoLand Damansara City units for sale at special event

With Hong Leong Group Malaysia’s recent announcement to make Guocoland’s Damansara City its future global headquarters, the iconic project seeks to interest more Singaporean investors.

GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (GuocoLand) has recently confirmed that its flagship development, Damansara City, will house Hong Leong Group Malaysia’s future global headquarters. Hong Leong Group will be the star anchor tenant within Damansara City, occupying the southwest end of the 33-storey Grade-A office tower block. Besides Hong Leong Group’s tenancy in the office towers, 90 percent of the DC Offices are already tenanted and are expected to be fully occupied and operational by the second quarter of next year.

With Hong Leong Group Malaysia’s recent announcement and Damansara City’s growing popularity among Singaporean investors, GuocoLand will hold a special sale event for Singaporeans to purchase Damansara City’s DC Residency units this 22 to 23 August 2015, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm at The Singapore Marriot Tang Plaza Hotel, Orchard Road, Singapore.

Dubbed as the jewel of Damansara Heights, Damansara City is an integrated city development that will be fully operational by mid-2016. The iconic project consists of two Grade-A office towers; two towers of luxury residences known as DC Residency; an F&B-centric lifestyle mall; and a 5 star hotel.

DC Residency offers two 28-storey residential towers that holds 370 contemporarily designed serviced apartments with built-up areas (for typical units) ranging from 899 square feet (1 bedroom) to 2,705 square feet (3+1 bedroom). The DC residences are freehold and priced at SGD 559 per square foot. The units are currently offered as “Build and Sell” units as they are expected to be ready for buyers only by the end of this year.
