Häagen-Dazs Launches New Flagship Store
Alongside the launch of its new open-concept store, Häagen-Dazs also offers a new menu of handcrafted creations, cocktails and exclusive teas.
Leading premium ice-cream brand, the House of Häagen-Dazs has just announced the launch of its flagship store at ION Orchard. The open-concept store offers a new menu with handcrafted ice-cream creations developed by consultant chefs, and ice-cream pairings with premium award-winning teas. The store is also the first in Southeast Asia to offer a line of ice-cream cocktails crafted by acclaimed mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong of Maison Ikkoku.
Here are some new ice-cream selections to look out for at the ION Orchard flagship store:
Brûlée Banana Split – Enjoy a selection of Belgian Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla ice-cream sandwiched between vanilla pound cake and a Brûléed Banana. (S$14.90)
Summer Paradise – A ladies’ favourite, featuring a refreshing combination of crisp wafer biscuits with four delicious scoops of Green Tea, Strawberry, Mango Sorbet and Raspberry Sorbet. (S$16.50)
Love in Belgium – Chocolate-lovers are in for a treat with this number. Featuring warm chocolate fondant topped with a scoop of Belgian Chocolate ice-cream, this luxurious creation also comes with chocolate crumb and crushed almonds, and is finished with chocolate curls and luxurious gold leaves. (S$15.90)
Macaroon Collection – A global bestseller, the Macaroon Collection features Vanilla and Strawberry ice-cream sandwiched between biscuit crumble and is served with delicate macaroons. (S$29)
Eiffel Tower – A delicious warm brownie is topped with Belgian Chocolate and Cookies & Cream ice-cream, and finished with dark chocolate Eiffel Tower pieces. (S$25.90)
On top of these new creations, the ION outlet also serves the brand’s signature Häagen-Dazs Fondue (S$45.00) which features 16 mini ice-cream scoops and a selection of chocolate brownie pieces, chocolate chip cookies, sliced fruit and almond nibs, alongside a choice of either dark or milk chocolate sauce.

Vintage Caramel – Enjoy a fine balance of sweet and salty with this unique blend of vodka, caramel liqueur and Salted Caramel ice-cream.
Crème D’Earl Grey – The perfect tea-time tipple featuring gin, Earl Grey tea and classic Vanilla ice-cream.
Black Tie – A rich and heady combination of premium whisky and Belgian Chocolate ice-cream.
Midsummer – This fruity cocktail features a blend of tequila, Cointreau and Raspberry Sorbet, topped with a refreshing foam.
