Following the success of the local Hawker Style buffet at Hotel Jen Tanglin’s We Are One Party, J65 launches a month-long dedication to Straits, Peranakan and Nonya flavours this April.

The newly re-opened all-day dining restaurant with a Southeast Asian market feel has just launched a Local Delights Special for the month of April. Lunch and Dinner will focus on local regional flavours conjured up by Executive Chef Frederick Kho, who turned to his family recipe books to bring a selection of signature home-styled recipes.

A new Chef’s table and noodle station will be available, showcasing a different Southeast Asian favourite each day. Some dishes include Kong Bak Pau and Duck Mee Sua on Monday; Ayam Penyet and Penang Hokkien Mee on Tuesday; Sup Ekor and Hakka Beef Noodles on Wednesday; Claypot Pork Rice and Bak Chor Mee on Thursday; and Woodlands Bazaar Special Lamb Shank with Nasi Briyani and Penang Lor Mee on Friday.

The weekend specials include Ayam Percik and Crispy Fish Noodles on Saturday, and Nonya Classic Ayam Pongteh and Curry Chicken Noodle on Sunday.

From Sunday to Thursday, dinner at J65 will focus on unlimited servings of regional cuisine, served from 6pm to 9.30pm at SGD 45++. Dinner on Friday and Saturday nights will showcase unlimited servings of hot and cold seafood, served from 6pm to 10pm at SGD 55 per person.
