KEONG SAIK CARNIVAL

In this inaugural edition of the Keong Saik Carnival, the street market and live music and culture event will host over eight local and international vendors and performers. With a cultural touch coupled with shopping and dining, there is definitely something for everyone. The ambience will also be kept at an all-time high with the event’s nonstop line-up of acclaimed DJs from noon to night.

Organized by Potato Head Folk, the event will feature a street bazaar offering the latest collections from diverse fashion labels, including a limited edition streetwear collection by Fergadelic created for Three Buns. Additionally, there will be a pop-up record store and a mini-bazaar offering unique curated goods by Made By Legacy.

To educate the family on cultural history, there will also be an art installation by Tell Your Children, performances by Hok San Lion Dance Troupe and a carousel by Uncle Ringo at the event. Throughout the day, two performance stages will feature artistes, including Beijing’s Howie Lee, Shanghai’s ChaCha and Drunk Monk, and Al Rocco and Blow from Shanghainese hip-hop group Busy Gang. Local acts by The Observatory, Syndicate, Mr Has, Pushin’On and Attagirl will also make an appearance at the carnival.

From 12 noon to 10.30 pm, the Keong Saik Carnival will offer good music, food and company for the whole family. Be sure to visit Keong Saik Road this 28 May for an enriching and entertaining experience.
