From 20 January to 26 February, Keyaki will introduce three carefully curated eight-course kaiseki presentations to bring diners a taste of Hokkaido.

Masterfully crafted by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii, the kaiseki presentations will flaunt the finest seasonal produce and seafood from Hokkaido, Japan. Join Keyaki on a gastronomic journey featuring culinary highlights including Tuna, Botan Shrimp and Surf Clam Sashimi. On top of that, be sure to sample the Hokkaido-exclusive Grilled or Simmered Kinki fish, known for its the delicate layer of fat that gives the tender meat a sweeter flavour.

A must-try seasonal favorite would be the Grilled King Crab, which is lightly grilled to preserve its delicate texture, fragrant flavour and sweet meat. Another dish to sample is the Ishikari Nabe, a traditional winter staple featuring salmon, seasonal vegetables, and Hokkaido potatoes simmered in a savoury miso broth.
