Keyaki at the Pan Pacific Singapore has refreshed its Brunch offering for 2017

The new brunch is served kaiseki-style and presented in an okonomi concept. The menu features a curated set of 40 items, consisting of a selection of Japanese culinary favourites and 20 new dishes created by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii.

Diners are able to build a menu of eight courses by selecting one food item per course (out of five choices). This customisable dining experience provides diners with variety, and allows htem to tailor their brunch experience based on taste and mood.

The refreshed menu includes 20 new dishes such as Grilled Salmon with Soy Milk Skin, the Inaniwa Udon from Akita Prefecture, the Steamed Oysters topped with Tofu Refuse as well as the hearty Simmered Beef and Vegetables with Sukiyaki Sauce in ‘Yanagawa’ Style dish.  Crowd favourites  include the Seared Beef with Ponzu, Sauce, Grilled Scallop with Spicy Cod Roe Sauce as well as Japanese culinary delights such as Sashimi, Tempura, California Maki and Teppanyaki dishes.

Diners can also choose from a list of five sparkling beverages, carefully selected to enhance the dishes created by Chef Ishii. The selection includes Laurent Perrier Brut NV Champagne; Sparkling Akazaru Shochu; Mio Sparkling Sake; Manzairaku Kaga Umeshu Soda; and Tiger Beer.
