The founders of successful pioneering burger group, MEATliquor, have just launched their own cookery book – The MEATliquor Chronicles: Chapter and Verse, for those interested in whipping up their own meals at home.

The men behind MEATliquor, Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins share their unique experiences and anecdotes from the wildest frontiers of culinary culture in The MEATliquor Chronicles: Chapter and Verse.

With six restaurants in the UK and more recently in Singapore at Duxton Hill, Yianni and Scott have blazed quite a trail through the world of restaurants over the past six years.

Expect to read about the Burning Man festival and their adventures in the original MEATwagon back in London (2009), as well as food and cocktail recipes that you can make at home.

Yianni and Scott have also welcomed the much-lauded Booker Prize-winning author, DBC Pierre to reconstruct their journey from being South London reprobates to international gastronomic ‘enfant terribles’. Lavishly illustrated and designed, and with contributions from a host of bleeding-edge chefs, The book has been heralded as the “ultimate companion to the cult dining experience that is MEATliquor”.

The book is published by Faber & Faber and is priced at SGD 54.59, inclusive of postage and packing. Orders can be made via the MEATliquor Singapore website.
