Mitzo Presents Ode To Spring Menu

The sleek Cantonese restaurant and bar welcomes Spring with a series of exclusively curated seasonal set menus from April to June.

From now to 30 June, Executive Head Chef Nicky Ng of Mitzo Restaurant & Bar presents two tailored six-course Ode to Spring set menus along with a selection of artisanal cocktails. The set menus include an array of light and refreshing dishes with creatively incorporated edible flowers such as Chrysanthemum, Zucchini flower, Butterfly pea, and Saffron; to capture the spirit of spring.

At just SGD 78++ per person, or SGD 108++ per person inclusive of two cocktails pairing (minimum two persons), the Ode to Spring I menu will take guests on an authentic Cantonese gastronomic journey. Guests can expect to sample a Floral dim sum platter of Jasmine xiao long bao, Butterfly pea shrimp dumpling and Baby abalone and pork dumpling topped with ginger flower bulb. Other new and innovative creations to look forward to include the crispy and tangy Zucchini flower tempura stuffed with wasabi shrimp.

For an indulgent dining experience, be sure to opt for the Ode to Spring II menu, going at SGD 98++ per person or SGD 128++ per person inclusive of two cocktails pairing (minimum two persons). Offering a medley of seafood and meat dishes, diners may savour the Poached fine noodles with crab meat in superior saffron sauce, which is nicely complemented with a hearty and aromatic Double-boiled Chrysanthemum pork ribs and clam soup.

Mitzo rounds up the culinary experience on a sweet note with a selection of desserts. Both menus include the Roselle aiyu pudding served with cherry crush, featuring an ice jelly with a perfect harmony of flavours.

To complement the floral menu, diners who opt for the cocktail pairing menu can look forward to a carefully curated selection of exquisite concoctions by Mitzo’s in-house mixologist. Some interesting cocktails include the Lolita Julep, which adds a refreshing twist to the Mint Julep with its Citron Vodka muddled with fresh Japanese cucumber, fresh mint sprigs, fresh lime juice, elderflower liquer and flower water. Pair the cocktail with the Floral dim sum platter to experience a unique floral touch to Cantonese cuisine.

Mitzo Restaurant & Bar is located at Level 4, Grand Park Orchard, 270 Orchard Road, Singapore. The restaurant is open for Lunch from 12nn to 2.30pm; Dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm; and Supper from 6.30pm to 1am (Thursday to Saturday and Eve of public holidays).
