For the first time, “Monet Inside,” a 360-degree digital art experience dedicated to the legendary French painter Claude Monet, will be showcased at Parkview Square.
Mark your calendars for 4 October 2024, as this immersive exhibition opens its doors, inviting art enthusiasts and curious minds alike to step into the vibrant world of one of the most influential artists of the 19th century.
Monet Inside isn’t just an exhibition—it’s an invitation to journey through the life and works of the father of Impressionism. Visitors will be transported into a dreamlike universe where over 200 of Monet’s masterpieces are brought to life through stunning visuals, original soundtracks, and immersive storytelling.
The venue itself becomes a canvas, with art projected onto five grand screens, each towering over six meters high, and even the floor beneath your feet becomes a part of this mesmerizing experience.
Among the iconic works featured are the serene “Water Lilies,” the dynamic “Woman with a Parasol,” and the picturesque “Garden at Sainte-Adresse.” These masterpieces encapsulate the essence of Impressionism, a movement that Monet helped define with his revolutionary approach to capturing light and colour.
The exhibition also offers a glimpse into Monet’s journey from a young caricature artist in Le Havre to the creator of the epic Water Lilies series in Giverny, revealing the passion and perseverance that marked his career.
Monet Inside goes beyond simply displaying art; it offers a multisensory experience that transports visitors back to the Paris of Monet’s time. Accompanied by a classical soundtrack and a special narration by Monet’s close friend and art dealer, Paul Durand-Ruel, the exhibition allows guests to not just view, but feel the emotion and atmosphere that Monet infused into his works.
