Hard Rock Café Sentosa grills up international flavours with its new limited-time-only menu.

If you like that hint of smoky barbecue flavour on your meats – alongside a generous selection of sauces, Hard Rock Café Sentosa has just dished out its new limited-time Smoke, Fire & Spice menu.

Available exclusively at the Sentosa outlet from 1 August to 30 September, the new menu draws inspiration from the spices, seasonings and sauces of popular street foods found across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Diners may choose from four types of grilled meat – Chicken (SGD 30), Beef (SGD 28), Pork (SGD 32) and Shrimp (SGD 35), and pair them with any of the six dips available.

All proteins are also served fajita style on a sizzling skillet and accompanied with pita bread, sesame slaw, grilled vegetables, as well as Monterey Jack cheese.

The six different sauces are as follows:

Kalbi (Korea)

Featuring a mix of soya sauce, fresh garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds, the Kalbi sauce is a combination of sweet and spicy inspired by Korean flavours.

Charmoula (North Africa)

This marinade features a mix of parsley, cilantro, fresh garlic, paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin and lemon juice – offering a rich herby and spicy flavour inspired by North Africa.

Barbacoa (Mexico)

A savoury blend of chipotle peppers, cilantro, red onion, cumin, and lime juice, the Barbacoa is a flavourful spicy dip that is suitable to pair with most meats.

Yakitori (Japan)

A slightly sweet mix of soy sauce, sake, mirin and finely ground Japanese pepper, this dip is inspired by Japanese flavours.

Piri Piri (South Africa)

Turn up the heat with the spicy Piri Piri, a scorching mix of chilli peppers inspired by flavours of South Africa.

Harissa (Morocco)

Inspired by Moroccan flavours, Harissa features a mix of dried chillies, coriander, ground caraway seeds, and garlic that adds a slight kick.

We got to savour a few of the dishes from the new menu and some of our favourite combinations are: Beef with Barbocoa and Shrimp with Piri Piri.

Those interested to try out the new menu items may head down to Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa any time from now to 30 September.
