NTUC Income Unveils One-Stop Motor Service Centre

By  |  0 Comments

NTUC Income’s new Motor Service Centre provides seamless service for customers and motorists in the event of an accident.

A first-of-its-kind in Singapore, NTUC Income’s new Motor Service Centre (MSC) complements the service provided by its Orange Force team – a group of dedicated riders established in 2011 to provide accident-scene assistance. The seamless process and services provided by both are designed to remove as much stress and anxiety as possible for policyholders and non-policyholders alike in the event of an accident.

The MSC serves as an Accident Reporting and Damage Assessment Centre which motorists involved in accidents can submit Accident Reports to within 24 hours of the accident or within the next working day. With the new MSC, motorists no longer need to file their accident reports at other authorised reporting centres, or liaise with multiple parties such as insurers and workshops when they are involved in an accident.

The Centre is staffed by Customer Care Executives who are specially trained in damage assessment and accident reporting procedures. They will also liaise with workshops as well as other parties involved in the accident. Quality of repairs will be monitored and come with a one-year warranty. On top of these, the MSC will also render assistance to non-policyholders in the event that they are involved in accidents with NTUC Income policyholders.
