Oscar’s Brings Back Local Delights With Peranakan Highlights

Available till 31 August 2016, Oscar’s brings back Local Delights with Peranakan Highlights in collaboration with food blogger, Miss Tam Chiak.

Whet your appetites for all things local and Peranakan when you head down to Oscar’s Restaurant from now until 31 August.

Featuring a special Dry Laksa Pasta with Spicy Coconut Espuma Foam, created by local food blogger, Miss Tam Chiak, expect to tuck into an array of other traditional Peranakan dishes helmed by Senior Chef de Cuisine Alex Siah as well. These include Ayam Buah Keluak, Pongteh Ayam, Udang Masak Assam, Nonya Chap Chye, and more.

On top of that, other local favourites will be present as well, including the Roast Duck, Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork Belly, Spicy Chilli Crab with Crispy Fried Bun, Sambal String Ray served on Banana Leaf, Chicken and Beef Satay.

Complete the indulgent meal with a selection of Nonya Kuehs and local desserts such as Bubur Pulut Hitam or Cheng Teng; and be sure to drop by the live Teh Tarik station that will be present as well.

Prices for “Oscar’s Local Delights with Peranakan Highlights” are starting at SGD 59++ per adult for lunch from Monday to Saturday, and starting from SGD 72++ for dinner from Sunday to Thursday. Dinner from Friday to Saturday are starting at SGD 83++ per adult.
