Celebrate “A Pacific Christmas” this holiday season with Pan Pacific Singapore’s range of festive culinary offerings.

This joyous season, celebrate with loved ones over a sumptuous buffet spread featuring festive favourites at Edge. Indulge in fresh Seafood on Ice and a dazzling array of Christmas delights including homemade festive charcuterie; grilled homemade Gingerbread Turkey Sausage and Wagyu Beef at the Master Butcher Grill live station; a range of roasted specialities at the carving station; as well as a variety of festive sweet treats to round up the indulgent meal.

Be sure to savour festive charcuterie such as the Christmas Black Forest Ham, Assorted Ham Terrine, Hot and Smoked Salmon Bella Vista; as well as roasted specialities including Traditional Roasted Turkey with Festive Trimmings, Traditional Bone-in Gammon Ham, and Roasted Prime Ribs. Desserts would include Homemade German Marzipan Stollen, Milk Chocolate and Fresh Raspberry Log Cake, and Fruit Mince Pie.

The festive buffet details are as follows:

Festive Lunch (excluding Sunday Brunch) – 1 to 23 December 2015; Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 68 per adult, and SGD 34 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch –  6, 13, 20 and 27 December 2015; Sundays from 12pm to 4pm. Prices are going at SGD 188 per adult and includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, selected red and white wines, cocktails, beers, fresh juices and soft drinks; and SGD 64 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Christmas Eve Lunch – 24 December 2015; Thursday from 12pm to 2:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 68 per adult and SGD 34 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Christmas Eve Dinner – 24 December 2015; Thursday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 178 per adult and includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, selected red and white wines, cocktails, beers, fresh juices and soft drinks; and SGD64 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Christmas Day Champagne Brunch – 25 December 2015; Friday.

1st Seating will be from 12pm to 2pm; while 2nd Seating will be from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 198 per adult and includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, selected red and white wines, cocktails, beers, fresh juices and soft drinks; and SGD69 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Christmas Day Dinner – 25 December 2015; Friday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 158 per adult and includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, selected red and white wines, cocktails, beers, fresh juices and soft drinks beverages; and SGD54 per child aged six to 12 years old.

Delight in a limited edition Festive Afternoon Tea Set handcrafted by Pacific Marketplace’s team of creative Pastry Chefs. Pacific Marketplace will also offer a range of traditional handcrafted festive goodies available for pre-order at their website. Look out for sweet treats such as Raspberry Pâte de Fruit with Szechuan Pepper infused Mascarpone Mousse Log Cake, Homemade German Marzipan Stollen, Tall Milano Panettone; and savoury specials including Roasted Turkey with Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing, and the limited edition Smoked Juniper Berry Ham.

Guests can collect their purchases from now to 25 December 2015 at the Pacific Marketplace from 11:30am to 9pm. Complimentary delivery to a single location is available for orders SGD 500 and above. For orders below SGD 500 or to more than one location, delivery charge of SGD 50 will be applicable per location.

Experience a joyous family reunion this festive season with Hai Tien Lo’s uniquely crafted six-course Christmas menu.

The prix fixe menu of will feature Cantonese culinary highlights including Lobster and Tomato Soup with Sliced Wagyu Beef, Braised Whole Abalone with Crispy Bean Gluten and Mushrooms; and Octopus Broth Stewed Inaniwa Udon with King Prawn in Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce.

For those who would like to celebrate over dim sum, a Dim Sum Brunch Buffet is also available at the restaurant. The a la carte buffet includes Chef’s specialties such as Steamed Barbecued Pork Buns, Sautéed Scallops and Sliced Crispy Clams in Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, and Deep-fried Prawns tossed in Wasabi Mayonnaise.

The Christmas Ruby Six-Course Menu is available from 23 to 25 December 2015. Lunch will be from 11:30am to 2:30pm while Dinner will be from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 138 per person (with a minimum of two diners).

The Christmas Day Dim Sum Brunch Buffet is available from 25 December 2016; 11:30am to 2pm. Prices are going at SGD78 per adult and SGD42 per child aged five to 11 years old.

Keyaki

Celebrate the festivities with a delicately crafted seasonal eight-course menu at Keyaki, featuring authentic Japanese delicacies with premium seasonal ingredients directly imported from Japan. The Christmas menu will include highlights such as Grilled Abalone, Snow Crab, Scallop, Yam Bud and Asparagus on Magnolia Leaf, Grilled Wagyu Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Simmered Sweet Potato and Broccoli; and Grilled King Crab with Spicy Cod Roe Sauce.

The Christmas Eight-Course Dinner Menu is available from 24 to 27 December 2015; 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Prices are going at SGD 220 per set.

Perfect for festive family gatherings and corporate events, revel in the holiday spirit with some uniquely concocted Christmas cocktails at Atrium. Four creations will be available – Sling-aling-aling, Captain Claus, Jingle Tone and Pacific Eggnog.

The Sling-aling-aling features Scotch whisky with refreshing flavours of mango and peach, while the sweet and tangy Captain Claus features rum, lemon juice and vanilla syrup. Coffee lovers may opt for the Jingle Tone which features main concoctions of Scotch whisky and chilled coffee, while the Pacific Eggnog features Scotch whisky and cognac with a hint of apricot brandy, mango and pineapple juice.

The Limited Edition Christmas Cocktails are available from now to 30 December 2015; Sunday to Thursday from 10:00am to 1:00am and Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00am. Prices are going at SGD 18 per glass.
