Pebble Launches Another Kickstarter Round
Pebble with the help of Kickstarter has just started another round of crowdfunding to launch three new products, the Pebble Time 2, Pebble 2 and Pebble Core.
Pebble Time 2
The Pebble Time 2 is constructed of stainless steel and features an e-colour display that is 50 percent larger and has 80 percent more pixels in comparison to the original Pebble Time. Battery life is rated at 10 days, and setting the all-new Time 2 apart from its predecessor are features such as a built-in heart rate monitor and microphone.
Pebble 2
In its new range of products, Pebble will also be introducing the Pebble 2, which is essentially a revamp of the classic Pebble. The Pebble 2 retains the black and white e-colour display as the classic Pebble, but with a sleeker form factor. Just like the Pebble Time 2, the Pebble 2 has a battery life of 10 days and will also feature a built in microphone as well as heart rate monitor.
Pebble Core
The Pebble Core is a standalone device designed to let brisk walkers or runners exercise without having to bring their mobile phones out. The core is able to stream music via Spotify, as well as track location via GPS, and has the ability to send out an emergency SOS indicating your location via the use of 3G data and is compatible with a standard sim card.
