Resorts World Sentosa Debuts “Art at CURATE”
From 26 April to 6 May, the first installation of “Art at CURATE” will debut at Asia’s first Michelin chef showcase restaurant, CURATE.
The latest addition to Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) culinary experience, CURATE, provides a platform for Michelin-starred chefs worldwide to showcase their culinary creations. In partnership with Michelin Guide Singapore and Robert Parker Wine Advocate, RWS will host the debut of “Art at CURATE”, a Michelin Star experience.
Featuring three-star Michelin chef, Massimiliano Alajmo, the inaugural edition will offer guests a taste of his culinary creations. As the youngest chef to clinch three Michelin stars when he was just 28 years old, the 42-year-old now oversees the kitchens of La Calandre and his family’s two other restaurants, Ristorante Quadri and La Montecchi.
Chef Alajmo also has a creative laboratory and culinary research centre within La Calandre, where he explores ingredients in depth, allowing his creations to capture all senses. With the selective use of exquisite seasonal ingredients, guests can expect to be served only the best.
Further editions of “Art at CURATE” will roll out throughout the year, featuring modern European cuisines and exclusive tasting menus presented by renowned Michelin-starred chefs around the world. In addition, Robert Parker Wine Advocate’s team will personally handpick wine pairings for the meals, and exclusively import limited edition and top-rated wines for the event.
The first Art at CURATE event will be held at CURATE located at The Forum, Level 2 of Resorts World Sentosa. Prices range from SGD 220++ for no wine pairing and SGD 280++ with wine pairing for a four-course lunch; to SGD 380++ for no wine pairing and SGD 480++ with wine and champagne pairing for an eight-course dinner.
