SHARP launches 2 new 4-in-1 L Series Plasmacluster™ Air purifiers
L Series Plasmacluster™ Air purifiers can function as an air purifier, humidifier, airborne bacteria inactivator and stand fan.
The 4-in-1 L Series Plasmacluster™ Air purifiers – KI-L80 and KI-L60 – combines 4 key functions in one singular unit. The L Series uses a unique combination of air treatment technologies which include Plasmacluster™, Triple Filtration System, and Humidification. The KI-L80 effectively covers up to 62m2 while the KI-L60 covers up to 50m2.
The SHARP air purifier can detect the room’s air quality through the following sensors: light, odour, particulate matter 2.5, and dust. The user can choose between 2 modes: Haze mode and Plasmacluster Ion Spot Mode.
- Haze Mode: The air purifier will operate at high fan speed for 60 minutes and alternate between low and high level for 20 minutes each thereafter. A high density of Plasmacluster™ ions are dispersed into the entire room, which reduces static electricity, making it easy to capture haze particles.
- Plasmacluster Ion Spot Mode: This function removes adhering odour, germs, and other substances from cloths, sofa, and curtains. Its unique 20° airflow helps to effectively collect dust in the lower levels of the room as well, ensuring completely clean and pure air in any room.

Deploys Plasmacluster™ technology to purify air
The technology removes, collects and captures impurities ranging from mold and viruses to allergens, odors and static electricity for fresh, clean air for the home. The Plasmacluster™ Ions function as air cleaning agents that form clusters around microparticles such as airborne mould, influenza viruses and mite allergens, and render them inactive through a chemical reaction. This revolutionary process is similar to nature’s way of reversing pollution. The Plasmacluster™ ions are also able to neutralize harmful VOCs and toxic gases while removing static electricity which traps dust particles and pollen, which are known to trigger allergies and cause short to long-term respiratory illnesses.
Triple Filtration System
The Air purifier comes with 3 different filters. The first is a New Pre-Filter that captures PM10 harmful coarse, airborne particles. It is washable. The second filter is a Double Deodorising Filter with active carbon to neutralise unpleasant odors such as cigarette smoke, harmful gases in haze, pet odour, or common household odors. The third filter is an Electrostatic HEPA Filter that eliminates the threat of floating particles such as PM2.5 and up to 99.97 percent particulate matter such as bacteria, airborne allergens or mold spores.
Improves humidity levels
The Plasmacluster™ technology improves humidity levels to reduce virus transmission while controlling lingering odours. The L Series Air purifier uses a rotating humidifying mechanism that remains free of water immersion and dried with ventilation.
Turbo Fan:
The L series Air purifier doubles up as a fan with a powerful 498m3/h and 408 m3/h air flow for the KI-L80 and KI-L60 respectively.
Smart AIOT Functions
Users can easily control and monitor the air purifiers via the SHARP Smart Remote App on their smartphones. There is also a feature exclusive to the brand that can track and learn usage patterns that will prompt the Air purifier to turn on, switch functions and turn off.
The L Series can monitor air quality in the room and kickstart automatic operations based on the air quality levels through four key factors: temperature, humidity, dust and particulate matter levels.
Users will receive notifications when the indoor air quality turns from dirty to clean. Through the Filter Function Monitor, users will easily know when their air purifiers are due for filter exchange.

The L Series comes in two models, KI-L80 and KI-L60, which are priced at SGD 1,699 and SGD 1,399 respectively and available on Sharp’s official Shopee and Lazada stores and authorised retailers stores.
