The Lexus Showcase was one such example, where they unveiled their new naturally-aspirated 5.0-litre V8 Lexus GS F Sedan. Along with the GS Turbo and all-new IS Turbo, Lexus also gave us a glimpse of their luxury flagship, the GS 350 Luxury and the GS Hybrid Luxury, due for launch in the second quarter of 2016.

The resilient Passat 1.8 TSI should be expected to feature prominently in its category for this year. Stay tuned for a Variant model of the Passat as well.

For Category A (cars with an engine capacit of under 1,600 cc), there are some interesting developments as well.
