This November, the kitchen table presents “Spice It Up”, a ‘Food from the Heart’ menu inspired by Indian culinary culture.

From 9 to 19 November, celebrate the Festival of Lights with the kitchen table’s latest “Spice It Up” menu, featuring an array of rich and savoury Indian dishes.

Adding a refreshing twist to a selection of traditional Indian delicacies, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove seeks to transform the classics into modern adaptations while remaining faithful to the true essence of Indian culinary culture.

Expect to find an exotic spread covering a spectrum of flavours characterised by thick, tasty gravies featuring the liberal use of dairy products such as paneer, yogurt and ghee, as well as nuts and spices such as chilli and saffron.

Highlights of the “Spice It Up” menu include some of India’s best-loved culinary favourites – Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless chicken cooked in Masala gravy) and the Lamb Jalfreezi (spicy tomato gravy, coloured peppers). Look out also for signature char-blistered Tandoori favourites such as the Seekh Kebab Lazeez, Tandoori Murgh Angara and Ajwaini Sword Fish, among others.

The supplemental menu also features the not-to-be-missed Chicken Mullagatawny – a fragrant spiced chicken curried stew featuring a tasty blend of rice flakes, herbs, spices and lemon wedges.
