The 2019 Bloomberg Square Mile Relay
The seventh edition of the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay returns to Singapore on Thursday, 17 October.
25% of each team’s race fee goes straight to The Extra Mile charity programme, delivered by SportCares. SportCares utilises the power of sport and physical activity to address social challenges in Singapore. Participating companies are also encouraged to select a cause to race for, and to which their remaining funds will be donated to.
Teams will comprise 10 runners from each organisation, all of whom will run the one-mile (1.6km) course in relay style, starting and finishing from The Promontory @ Marina Bay. Post-race, runners will be treated to an after-party with live music and complementary food and drink.
2019 also sees the addition of a new award for Fastest Female Team.
