The Botanist, Mount Gay and Rémy Martin to feature at Singapore Cocktail Week 2016
Remy Cointreau International is showcasing a series of innovative cocktail creations at Singapore Cocktail Week
The Botanist – Sangria No Takumi, Wazza Fizz and the Colonial Times
The first and only Islay dry gin brand, this Scottish spirit contains 22 hand-foraged local botanicals, nine berries, barks, seeds, and peels during an achingly slow and meticulous distillation process. The end result is one of the most versatile gins in the world.
The Sangria No Takumi is an interesting take on the traditional sangria using Shiso leaves, homemade beer syrup and Yuzu juice. The Wazza Fizz, turns on the heat with Jasmine Tea, Clapis and actual Wasabi paste! For those who like their beer, try a unique beer cocktail, the Colonial Times, that blends homemade lemon, pink grapefruit and beer.
Rémy Martin and Mount Gay – Hato Kuro, Saz-Mei and Little Nonya
Rémy Martin’s Hato Kuro is a classic style cocktail that proudly showcases the taste of the premium cognac and the Saz-Mei, a very innovative twist on the Sazerac using smoked “Mei” Chinese plum, absinthe and charcoal.
The Little Nonya cocktail is made using Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, laksa leaves, chili bitters and fresh lemongrass.
Drinks will be on sale at their respective outlets until 18 March 2016. You can find these cocktails at:
