Savour Trattoria Nonna Lina’s exclusive San Valentino dishes this coming Valentine’s with your loved one.

This Valentine’s Day, Trattoria Nonna Lina brings to you a special one-evening-only San Valentino menu lovingly created by Executive Chef Simone Vespasiani. Inspired by the different stages of Chef Simone’s relationship with his wife, Josephine Tay, each dish is created with a story to tell.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store for you:

Menu di San Valentino (Valentine’s Day Menu)

Capesante ti Amo (Scallops, I Love You) – Tuscan sea scallop marinated in cognac, pan seared in extra virgin olive oil and Italian herbs, and topped off with Italian black caviar.

Tagliolini amore mio (Noodles, My Love) – Homemade tagliolini pasta with imported langoustine from Italy and bottarga in champagne reduction sauce.

Fiocchi di passion (Flakes of Passion) – A unique medley of Mediterranean Lobster, organic ricotta cheese and Italian herbs served with Boston Lobster ragout.

Mousse Di Afrodite (Aphrodite’s Mousse) – Homemade chocolate mousse with six types of pure Italian imported chocolate and premium chili, flamed with rum Zacapa XO.

The San Valentino menu will only be available on 14 February 2015. The four-course meal is priced at S$138++ per pax or S$158++ per pax with a glass of wine (Berlucchi Rose ’61, Berlucchi brut ’61 or Amarone Stinato). Trattoria Nonna Lina recommends that guests make a reservation with the restaurant by phone at 6222 0930.
