Two Days Left To Epicurean Market 2014!
Guests can expect to receive a multi-sensory experience in the next two days of the Epicurean Market.
Be prepared to enjoy a delectable array of gastronomical delights at the numerous booths featuring various restaurants, wineries and leading brands at this year’s gourmet extravaganza.
One of the main highlights at Epicurean Market 2014 would be the sampling of award-winning bites from the celebrity chef restaurants. Savour delectable signature dishes like Chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s Marinated Botan shrimp with Sea Urchin and Caviar at Waku Ghin, CUT by Wolfgang Puck’s meticulously arranged Shrimp and Crab Louis and a selection of delicious charcuterie by dB Bistro Moderne among others as well as complement your bites with champagne and handcrafted cocktails at the sleek central bar presented by Veuve Clicquot and Ketel One Vodka.
On top of food sampling, you could also bring home unique items from the celebrity chef restaurants that are exclusive for sale only at Epicurean Market and recreate your own celebrity chef flavours at home. Some of these items include spice rubs from Mozza, Ginger Flower Vinaigrette from Sky on 57 and a specially-created dB Singaporean chilli sauce by db Bistro Moderne.
There are also various different Master Classes available, such as a Mystery Box cook-off between executive chefs Jonathan Kinsella (dB Bistro Moderne) and David Almany (Osteria Mozza) where they challenge each other to prepare a dish within an hour, as well as a demonstration by mixologist Lucas Swallows on how to create light, aperitif style drinks with vermouth and aromatised wines.
So make your way down to Marina Bay Sands this weekend to experience the last two days of the Epicurean Market and feast on the exquisite food and wines available.
Epicurean Market is held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Basement two, Hall D and E from 12-9pm, this weekend.
