This year, Feng Shui Inn’s signature Longevity “Lo Hei” comes in the shape of the auspicious Fire Monkey. Executive Chef Li Kwok Kwong has created a special peach dressing to mix into the dish, and has also included a unique mix of banana nut crunch crackers and banana chips (the monkey’s favourite food) for a dash of good luck. Other interesting ingredients include ba-kwa strips, fried fish skin, and a hint of ginger to enhance the overall flavour of this multi-textural dish. The Longevity “Lo Hei” is priced at SGD 118++ and is available for dine-in only.
