Mark your calendars as Ceviche, a new Peruvian-themed Food from the Heart menu debuts this July at the kitchen table.

Head down to W Hotel at Sentosa Cove this July and embark on a gastronomic voyage with Ceviche, a themed Food from the Heart menu that celebrates Peru’s rich diversity.

Introducing a twist to the kitchen table’s Food from the Heart philosophy is Chef Frank Koppelkamm, the newly appointed Director of Culinary at W Singapore. Bringing with him 27 years of culinary experience, be sure to whet your appetites as he leads the interactive chefs at distinct live cooking stations.

Guests can expect to find an explosion of seafood concoctions including the Ceviche Acapulco, Ceviche Peruviano and Thai Ceviche. A must-try on the Ceviche platter would be the Ceviche Classico, which features fresh, succulent fish doused in lime juice served with tomato, avocado and pickled red onion slices. With an exotic spread set against a marina view, the kitchen table promises to deliver an evening of true Peruvian gastronomic indulgence to all guests.
