Yan Ting’s Mid-Autumn Mooncake Indulgences

This year,  Yan Ting’s selection of mooncakes include four new snow skin mooncake flavours as well as their signature baked mooncakes. 

The Champagne Truffle with Chocolate Paste (S$73+ per box of 8) and Green Tea Paste with Almond Flakes Snow Skin Mooncake (S$75+ per box of 8) make their debut. The Champagne Truffle mooncake features a rich bittersweet chocolate paste paired with the vibrant taste of champagne. The delicate flavour of green tea paste is married with the texture of crunchy almond flakes in the Green Tea Paste with Almond Flakes Snow Skin Mooncake.

There is also the Reduced Sugar Green Apple Paste with Macadamia Nut Snow Skin Mooncake (S$75+ per box of 8) that is filled with nutritious macadamia nuts – low in cholesterol and sodium, and high in omega-9 fatty acids – and encased in a green apple aroma paste.

Yan Ting’s gold-hued mooncake signatures such as the Baked Mooncake with White Lotus Paste and Single (S$76+ per box of 4) or Double Yolks (S$79+ per box of 4) continues to be available this Mid-Autumn Festival.

For those seeking a healthier indulgence, the Reduced Sugar White Lotus Paste with Macadamia Nuts Baked Mooncake (S$72+ per box of 4) is available as well.

These mooncakes are available at Yan Ting restaurant (Level 1U) and La Pâtisserie (Lobby Level), until 4 October 2017.
