Mama’s Brunch Day Out At Gattopardo
Treat mum to a free-flow Italian brunch at Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare this Mother’s Day and indulge in a six-kilogramme octopus, sliced by the tableside.
With Mother’s Day happening this weekend, Italian and Mediterranean restaurant, Gattopardo Ristorant di Mare will offer a special Mama’s Brunch Day Out to commemorate the occasion.
Taking centrestage is a spectacular six-kilogramme octopus, blanched and sliced at the tableside for the ultimate treat for mum.
Chef Lino Sauro has also introduced a few childhood favourites made for sharing and this includes the Sicilian native dish, Gato’ de patate – a savoury potato tart enriched with eggs, butter and melted cheese, making a one-day debut.
Lending a personal touch, another dish to look forward to is the Pasta e Lenticchie (Pasta with Brown Organic Lentils and Evoo) – a homely dish prepared by Chef Lino’s mother during special occasions.
Signature items such as the Salted Salt Baked Sea Bass and hand-made Ravioli will also be available; while other dishes such as the Roast Beef, Spinach, Sausage and Ricotta Quiche, Spring Vegetables and Fragola Pasta will also be featured on the free-flow menu.
The Mama’s ‘Brunch Day Out’ is priced at SGD 78++ per pax and is available on 8 May 2016, from 11.30am to 3pm.
