Star Wars R2-D2 ANA Jet in Singapore for a special visit

40 fans to experience the R2-D2TM ANA Jet in Star Wars style

Changi Airport will be the first Asian airport outside of Japan to welcome the R2-D2TM ANA jet on 12 November. The R2-D2TM ANA jet – dressed as the robust droid from the movie – is the first in a series of three Star Wars themed planes.

This special flight to Singapore will make a two-night stop at Changi Airport to host an extraordinary event for Star Wars fans on 14 November.

Star Wars fans can win a pair of tickets each by participating in online contests held on ANA’s website and Changi Airport’s Facebook page. The contests run until 25 October.

Contest winners will get to enjoy a tour of the iconic aircraft, to view both the Star Wars livery as well as special interior touches such as Star Wars themed headrests and dining ware. During the three-hour experience on ground, winners will also catch a Star Wars movie and enjoy an in-flight meal in Business Class. 

The winners will also receive goodie bags filled with limited-edition commemorative merchandise such as a R2-D2TM ANA jet model plane and a Star Wars plush toy.
