Catch F1 Racing Sensations & Performances At ION Orchard
In the lead-up to the much-anticipated Singapore Grand Prix weekend from 16 to 18 September, ION Orchard will play host to a series of celebrity appearances and Formula 1 activities.
From 10 to 18 September, ION Orchard pumps up the adrenaline this Formula 1 season with celebrity appearances, a pop concert, race simulator, and a first-of-its-kind full scale Formula 1 Team garage showcase.
Some highlights happening at ION Orchard include exclusive appearances made by racing sensations Nico Rosberg and Daniel Ricciardo, as well as a special open-air concert featuring Chinese pop superstar G.E.M.
14 September, 7-10pm at ION2, Level 1
F1 superstar Daniel Ricciardo, who is currently ranked third in the world, will be making an appearance at ION2 on 14 September 2016 as part of TAG Heuer’s Formula 1 themed event.
Join in for an evening packed with entertainment, and be sure to also catch pop superstar G.E.M’s outdoor concert involving water, drums, spectacular lights and cold pyrotechnics.
As a key sponsor for the Red Bull Racing Team, TAG Heuer teams up with the race team to announce the 2016 car’s official new name– “Red Bull Racing – TAG Heuer RB12”.

Currently ranked 2nd in the 2016 Formula 1 World Championship, racing legend Nico Rosberg will also be taking the spotlight at the IWC Schaffhausen’s MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team garage showcase at ION Orchard’s Atrium on 15 September 2016.
As the official engineering partner of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team since 2013, IWC Schaffhausen will also be holding an F1 themed exhibition from 10 to 18 September 2016 at ION Orchard Level 1. Perfect for all motoring enthusiasts, a full-scale replica of the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team garage will be on display to showcase the engineering excellence behind the Formula 1 team.
