It also has lower caffeine content, depending on the area of cultivation and method of being processed. Similar to green tea, white tea can also help prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Chamomile Tea

If you have trouble sleeping at night, drinking chamomile tea might be one of your solutions as it can help lessen the effects of insomnia.
