Live 10.10 With Vitality with AIA Singapore
AIA Singapore organises the Live 10.10 with Vitality event on World Mental Health Day and through October
The Live 10.10 with Vitality organised by AIA Singapore will take place from World Mental Health Day this 10 October 2021, and throughout October.
There will be a mix of 10 activities including a day-long line-up of special events on 10 October itself. All sessions are free for everyone to participate.
Events include:
AIA iRun for Vitality (Live 10.10 Edition): The third edition of the AIA iRun for Vitality is a virtual run taking place from 4 October to 24 October 2021. Besides clocking your runs around your neighbourhood, gather your family, friends or teammates to enjoy new running experiences by completing eight missions around Singapore. There will be chances to win prizes. AIA Vitality members get to earn AIA Vitality points and coins. Registration closes on 15 October, 2359.
Groove with Vitality ‘Live’ on 10 October 2021: There will be two hours of therapeutic groove sessions hosted by AIA Vitality’s gym partner, Fitness First, brought to you ‘live’ from their virtual studio. SH’BAM @ 10:10AM – 11:00AM and ZUMBA @ 11:15AM – 12:00PM.
Indulge with Vitality: Healthy Dessert Making on 10 October – Join MasterChef Singapore’s runner-up Leon Lim and Rosalyn Lee at a Facebook Live – on 10 October 2021, 3pm to 4pm – to learn how to whip up guilt-free version of our favourite dessert that will leave you wanting more.
Mental and Emotional Wellness Live Webinar on 10 October: On 10 October 2021, 1pm to 2pm, learn how to safeguard your mental and emotional wellness by tuning in to a live webinar hosted by HOPE worldwide Singapore.
