Speco, a smart hygiene company, launches world’s first smart sanitiser -Speco Ion – to automate hygiene maintenance.
The Speco Ion is an ambient sanitisation machine that automates hygiene maintenance. It deploys Speco’s antiviral coating that has been used widely throughout commercial buildings and offices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speco designed the Speco Ion to automate disinfection, making daily and regular sanitisation easy for homes and offices.
How does the Speco Ion work?
The device combines air purification and sanitisation in a single compact form factor. It boasts several air purification technologies, such as ultraviolet light (UV) purification, ionic clusters, carbon-filtering for germs and volatile organic compounds.
It is a dual air purifier and sanitiser machine due to its disinfecting and sanitising module. The Speco Ion operates quietly and is easy to use, and is suitable for homes, offices, schools and public spaces.
The Speco Ion is equipped with air quality sensors that allows users to monitor the device’s performance and adjust settings as needed. It can plug into a smart home ecosystem through Google Home and Alexa.
