Carousel At Royal Plaza On Scotts Offers Cuisine From Around The World

From 6 June to 5 July, Carousel puts together the best of their promotional menus – presenting Around the World cuisine.

Helmed by Royal Plaza on Scotts’ Executive Chef, Darren Ong, Carousel launches its Around the World promotion starting this June. The restaurant will feature signature European dishes such as Carrillada Al-andalus (braised veal cheeks) and Paella Mixta from Spain; Saffron Risotto with Balinese Spicy Scallops and Organic Asparagus from Italy; as well as Icli Kofte (Turkish stuffed meatballs) and Kara Lahana Dolmasi (stuffed collard greens) from Turkey.

On top of that, Asian delights will include Cantonese Slow-braised Spiced Duck stuffed with Eight Treasures Glutinous-rice, Indian Grilled Masala Marinated Lamb Chop with a hint of cinnamon, and Thai Roasted Duck in Red Curry with Lemongrass.

A wide selection of decadent desserts are also available for those with a sweet-tooth. Offering Turkish Baklava (pistachio puff pastry), Tuiles de Grananda (Spanish sesame seed tuile), and Deconstructed Tiramisu, the dessert offerings at Carousel will certainly end the meal on a sweet note.

The promotion is available from 6 June to 5 July for dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at SGD 85++ for adults and SGD 52++ for children.
