Mandarin Oriental Singapore celebrates Easter weekend with delicious spreads

Treat loved ones to a delicious feast at Melt Café and bask in the festive atmosphere. Young ones can participate in an exciting egg hunt in the
alfresco garden, egg-painting session in the kids’ room or join in the fun with a balloon artist and face-painting activities. Taking centre stage is the slow-poached whole Norwegian king salmon on ice, accompanied with a caviar selection and traditional condiments. Sit back and watch chefs work their magic over at theatrical stations such as the gourmet foie gras station, pasta station, rotisserie as well as alfresco barbecue.

Available on 16 April 2017 from 12 noon to 3 pm, Melt Café’s Easter Sunday brunch buffet is priced at SGD 148 per person inclusive of soft drinks and juices. Add SGD 50 to enjoy free flow of Ruinart Champagne, wines, beers and selected cocktails. Child price is SGD 58 for children 5 to 11 years old, while children 4 years old and below enjoy complimentary dining.

Dolce Vita presents a tantalising brunch spread, with highlights including a traditional  Italian Easter casatiello, a Neapolitan savoury cake, with pork sausage, Gruyère cheese and sage. Indulge in a selection of fine Italian cold cuts, Canadian oysters, pastas, seafood and meats, complete with free flow of Ruinart champagne. The delectable brunch ends on a sweet note with dainty desserts, such as bread and butter pudding with vanilla crème anglaise topped with fresh berry compote and Easter hot cross buns.

Available on 15 and 16 April 2017 from 12 noon to 3 pm, Dolce Vita’s brunch is priced at SGD 168 per person.
